What would your responsibilities be? Provide support in recruitment and selection processes for the Lima Office and Plants (job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination). Assist in executing employer branding activities, especially university-focused initiatives and events. Support the definition and implementation of employer branding initiatives and Talent Attraction department projects. What qualifications do you need? Students in the final cycles of Psychology, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering. Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Advanced-level proficiency in Canva. Knowledge of competency-based interviews and the STAR methodology. Assertive and effective communication, organization, responsibility, and proactivity.
