Agile and efficient support to internal users At Montalvo Institute, we are looking for a **Technical and Systems Support Assistant** to ensure the proper functioning of technological equipment, networks, and systems across our various locations, delivering agile and efficient on-site support to our internal users. **What will be your purpose?** Ensure the proper functioning of technological equipment and connectivity across our various locations, delivering agile and efficient support to our internal users. **Your main responsibilities:** * Provide on-site technical support and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity incidents. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, printers, surveillance cameras, and biometric devices. * Manage and update the inventory of technological equipment, software licenses, and consumables. * Track warranty coverage, record support interactions, and prepare technical reports for the department. * Address connectivity (Fiberlux) and technological infrastructure incidents at assigned locations. **What are we looking for in you?** * **Education:** Graduate, bachelor’s degree holder, or certified technician in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Computing, or related fields. * **Experience:** 1–2 years of on-site or field technical support experience. * **Knowledge:** Equipment diagnostics, hardware installation/configuration, software, networks, printers, and IT inventory management. * **Availability:** Willingness to travel between various locations in Lima as required. **What do we offer for your well-being?** * **Compensation:** Fixed salary \+ fixed mobility bonus (**S/. 200**). * **Statutory benefits:** Formal payroll enrollment from day one with all corresponding statutory benefits. * **Development:** Career path opportunity and continuous learning. * **Work environment:** Excellent work environment in a growing institution.
