Excellent working environment We are looking for a **Technical and Systems Support Assistant** to provide user support across our offices, ensuring the proper operation of the company's technological equipment and systems. **Requirements** * Technical graduate or bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in technical support. * Knowledge of equipment maintenance, software and hardware installation, networking, and management of technological inventories. * Willingness to travel between offices as required. **Responsibilities** * Provide technical support to office users. * Install, configure, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computing equipment. * Install software, technological equipment, cameras, and biometric devices. * Manage inventory of equipment, licenses, and consumables. * Record technical interventions and track warranty claims. * Provide support for connectivity incidents (Fiberlux). * Monitor technological incidents and prepare reports when necessary. **Benefits** * Fixed salary \+ fixed mobility bonus (S/. 100\). * Formal employment registration from day one with all statutory benefits. * Opportunity for professional growth and development. * Excellent working environment.
