Proficiency in cloud-based productivity tools and remote support On behalf of our client, we are looking for a **Technical Support** professional to join their team: **Requirements:** * Technical diploma and/or Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Networks and Connectivity, or related fields. * 1–3 years of experience in similar positions * Experience in technical support or system administration **Knowledge Requirements:** * Proficiency in operating systems (Windows 10/11, Windows Server, and preferably macOS/Linux). * Administration of cloud-based productivity tools (Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace) * Solid networking knowledge (router and switch configuration, IP addressing, VPNs). * Proficiency in remote support tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer) and ticketing systems. **Conditions:** * Attendance three times per week * Schedule: 8:30 am \- 1:30 pm * Salary: S/1500 soles under service fee receipt Workplace: On-site employment
