Proficiency and knowledge of operating systems (Windows). **Responsibilities** * Provide technical support to users for hardware and software, ensuring operational continuity. * Timely and efficient diagnosis and resolution of technical incidents. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment and peripherals. * Install, configure, and update software, operating systems, and technological tools. * Administer user accounts, access rights, and system configurations. * Manage and update inventories of technological assets. * Provide support for networks, connectivity, and technological infrastructure. **Employment Conditions** 1.
