Ongoing training and travel opportunities MCONTROL ENERGY TECHNOLOGY S.A.C. **Description:** MCONTROL ENERGY is a company specializing in the automation of service stations and implementation of structured cabling and related solutions within the industrial and hydrocarbons sectors. We are seeking personnel to fill the field-based TECHNICAL SUPPORT position for the following disciplines: Technical Support. Computer Science and Information Technology. Networks and Structured Cabling. Computer Assembly. The TECHNICAL SUPPORT position entails: Providing in-person or telephone support to service stations (GAS STATIONS) handling CNG, LPG, LNG, and liquid fuels — including those under our support contracts as well as ad-hoc support engagements. 80% of work is conducted on-site, with assignments to gas stations by ZONE as directed by management. Prompt resolution of issues involving servers, printers, touch-screen terminals, structured cabling, etc. (following on-site training, briefing, or office orientation). Performing comprehensive maintenance at service stations together with a colleague during nighttime or early-morning hours (scheduled in advance). Willingness to TRAVEL outside Lima for on-site client support or technical visits (following on-site training, briefing, or office orientation).
