Job Summary: A major commercial company is seeking Technical Support staff for its Christmas campaign, responsible for IT support and infrastructure, connectivity and networking, and electronic security. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical support with emphasis on IT infrastructure and networks. 2. Maintenance and configuration of computer and network equipment. 3. Configuration of electronic security systems (DVR/NVR) for monitoring. A major commercial company specializing in Christmas gift baskets, presents, etc., is hiring personnel for the **CHRISTMAS CAMPAIGN** to fill the position of TECHNICAL SUPPORT. **IT Support and Infrastructure** * **Install** computer equipment (PCs, laptops, and peripherals). * **Configure** operating systems, corporate software, and access credentials. * **Diagnose** hardware and software failures experienced by users. * **Maintain** and repair inkjet and laser printers (cleaning, paper jams, consumable replacement). **Connectivity and Networking** * **Design** structured cabling layouts for networks (Category 6, 6A, etc.). * **Terminate** RJ45 jacks and plugs. * **Verify** connectivity at installed network points. **Electronic Security** * **Configure** video recorders (DVR/NVR) for monitoring. **Technical Requirements** * **Education:** Certified technician or incomplete studies in Networking, Systems, Electronics, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years in similar field-based technical support roles. * **Networking:** Solid knowledge of structured cabling and basic router/switch configuration. * **CCTV:** Experience configuring monitoring software (Hikvision, Dahua, etc.). * **Tools:** Proficiency with punch-down tools, network testers, drills, and hand tools.
