Key responsibilities in software installation and configuration DC Tech, a leading Peruvian company with 25 years of experience delivering innovative technological solutions, is seeking top talent to fill the position of **TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST – NORTH LIMA PROJECT** (LOS OLIVOS). **Requirements:** · University or institute graduate in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics, or related Information Technology fields. · Valid graduation certificate required (mandatory). · Valid DNI. · Valid CUL (Certificado Único Laboral). · Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support. · Availability to work night/early-morning shifts. · Working hours: from 10 PM (night) to 7 AM (morning). · Availability to work at client sites in **NORTH LIMA and CENTRAL LIMA.** **Responsibilities:** · Computer cloning. · Joining devices to the domain. · On-demand software installation. · Installation and configuration of the RUN AS TOOL application. · Antivirus and System Center installation (to be provided by Technical Support staff). · Activation of Microsoft Office and Windows. · Execution of autologon and setting administrator password (to be provided by support); restart the device upon completion. · Configuration, validation, and execution of each program located in the user’s autologon. · Placing desktop shortcuts for each installed program. **Benefits:** · Project duration: one month. · Payment is on an hourly basis (RxH). · SCTR insurance. · Work certificate. · Opportunities for professional growth in technology.
