We seek someone with leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and strong organizational capacity—someone who can thrive in agile environments and make results-oriented decisions. **REQUIREMENTS**: * Degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields. * Over 3 years of experience leading technology projects. * Experience in industries such as E-commerce, Retail, or Telecommunications (preferred). * Experience working with technical teams: Backend, Frontend, QA. * Proven experience in agile environments and Digital Transformation projects. **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:** * Fundamentals of software development (lifecycles, APIs, databases, common frameworks). * Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project, Asana, etc.). * Familiarity with documentation and collaboration tools (Confluence, Google Workspace, Miro). * Knowledge of PMI standards (PMBOK). * Practical Scrum experience (certification preferred). **SOFT SKILLS AND COMMUNICATION:** * Leadership and facilitation skills. * Clear and effective communication with both technical and business stakeholders. * Strong organizational, prioritization, and decision-making abilities. * Goal-, results-, and customer value-oriented mindset. * Conflict resolution and ability to handle high-pressure situations. **WORK SCHEDULE**: * Days: Monday to Friday. * Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. **WE OFFER:** * Formal employment contract. * Market-competitive salary. * Professional growth opportunities. * Health insurance. * Family allowance. **JOIN TD!** Employment type: Full-time.
