Technical studies in Network and Telecommunications Systems, Computing and Informatics, or related fields. More than 6 months of experience Driver's license A1 **Competencies:** * Excellence in service * Initiative * Results orientation * Teamwork * Customer attention and satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * **Installation:** Mount, cable (fiber optic, copper), and configure network equipment (routers, antennas, switches) at customer premises or technical sites. * **Preventive Maintenance:** Conduct periodic inspections to ensure infrastructure remains in good condition and operates properly. * **Repair (Troubleshooting):** Diagnose and correct faults or malfunctions in the network and equipment, restoring service. * **Testing:** Use specialized tools (e.g., OTDR, power meters) to verify communication link quality and performance. * **Customer Service:** Interact with end users to install services, resolve issues, and ensure their satisfaction. * **Documentation:** Record detailed information about work performed, measurements taken, and materials used during each intervention.
