Description

Job Summary: Supervises and coordinates daily weaving and garment manufacturing operations, managing production and ensuring quality and delivery deadlines. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and monitoring of weaving and garment manufacturing operations 2. Management of work orders and availability of inputs 3. Production supervision and continuous process improvement * Plan, coordinate, and conduct daily follow-up of weaving and garment manufacturing operations * Manage work orders, route sheets, and ensure timely availability of required production inputs, trimmings, and materials * Supervise the production process to ensure compliance with established quality, productivity, and delivery deadline standards * Identify and implement continuous improvements in textile production workflows * Serve as a liaison and efficiently coordinate with external workshops and support staff * Collaborate in planning preventive maintenance activities for textile machinery * Assist with administrative tasks inherent to the production department * NOTE: ATTACH CV Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,200.00 - S/.1,400.00 per month Language: * ENGLISH (Desirable) Work Location: On-site employment
