Position Summary: We are seeking a Transportation Analyst to comprehensively manage operations, coordinate in-house fleet and third-party providers, and optimize resources. Key Highlights: 1. Manages transportation operations from the Central Warehouse 2. Coordinates in-house fleet and third-party providers for services 3. Ensures service compliance and resource optimization We are looking for a Transportation Analyst responsible for: **Job Mission** Comprehensively manage transportation operations from the Central Warehouse, coordinating in-house fleet and third-party providers to ensure scheduled service delivery, document traceability, operational control, and resource optimization. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan and coordinate daily and weekly transportation requirements. * Schedule routes, priorities, service time windows, and vehicle availability. * Coordinate with warehouses, plants, fleet, maintenance, procurement, and end-user departments. * Supervise service execution with drivers and transportation providers. * Monitor driver attendance, overtime, incidents, and operational compliance. * Manage operations and maintenance of the in-house fleet. * Record and control transportation movements and associated documentation. * Validate costs, rates, service confirmations, waybills, and services prior to payment. * Track operational and financial service indicators. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, documentation standards, and audits. * Manage insurance policies, SOAT, technical inspections, maintenance, and other fleet-related documents. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Transportation Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. **Experience** * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles in transportation, logistics, or distribution. * Experience managing in-house fleet and transportation providers. * Experience in operational control, logistics cost management, and document tracking. **Technical Knowledge** * Knowledge of logistics and transportation operations. * Proficiency in management indicators and cost control. * Familiarity with transportation documentation and basic regulatory frameworks. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel. * Prior experience with TMS or ERP logistics systems is desirable.
