




Position Summary: We are seeking a Treasury Assistant with strong organizational, analytical, and financial commitment–focused skills, maintaining effective communication with suppliers and internal departments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Management and execution of payments to suppliers and service providers. 2. Petty cash control and reconciliation of supporting documents. 3. Ongoing coordination with suppliers and internal clients. We are currently looking for a **Treasury Assistant** to join our team—someone with strong organizational and analytical abilities, focused on fulfilling financial commitments while maintaining consistent communication with suppliers and internal departments. **Main Responsibilities** * Preparation and execution of payments to suppliers, payroll, services, and corporate credit card. * Timely recording of payments in the company’s internal systems. * Control and management of petty cash, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation. * Monitoring and prioritization of payment obligations according to due dates and financial availability. * Recording of payments in the SISCONT system, ensuring accurate and timely information. * Ongoing communication with suppliers to coordinate payments, resolve inquiries, and ensure adherence to agreed terms. * Continuous support and coordination with internal clients (accounting, logistics, and other departments) to meet financial schedules and requirements. * Assistance in preparing accounts payable reports and internal financial statements. * Support in dealings with financial institutions, as directed by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements** * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions (mandatory). * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of payments, petty cash, and accounts payable. * Ability to communicate clearly and promptly with suppliers and internal departments. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality in handling financial information.
