Job Summary: We are seeking a bilingual Video Editor to manipulate, edit, and assemble cinematic footage, ensuring a smooth narrative flow and applying new technologies. Key Highlights: 1. Smooth narrative flow and continuous improvement We are looking for a Video Editor for our client who is proficient in English. **Responsibilities:** · Manipulate and edit cinematic footage so that edits are imperceptible to the audience. · Trim footage segments and assemble the film sequence. · Integrate music, dialogue, graphics, effects, color grading, and motion graphics into the footage. · Create rough cuts and final cuts of the film. · Ensure logical sequencing and smooth narrative flow. · Consult with stakeholders from production through post-production. · Continuously explore and implement new editing technologies and industry best practices to maximize efficiency. · Create and produce technical scripts. **Requirements:** · Advanced English proficiency · Minimum 2 years of experience performing similar duties · Experience with Premiere and After Effects · Basic experience with software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Audition, and DaVinci Resolve. · Demonstrable video editing skills supported by a strong portfolio.
