Job Summary: We are seeking a customer-oriented host/hostess to prepare the dining room, uphold service standards, and handle complex customer situations with warmth and responsibility. Key Highlights: 1. Customer attention and welcoming with table assignments. 2. Warm, friendly, and empathetic communication with customers and team members. 3. Responsible handling of complex customer situations. Requirements: Proven experience in restaurant service or as a waiter. (Not mandatory) Attention to cleanliness and safety. Patience and customer orientation. Responsibilities: Prepare the dining room before, during, and after operations. Adhere to established service standard procedures at all stages. Communicate with warmth, friendliness, empathy, and a service-oriented attitude in all interactions with customers and other team members. Handle complex customer situations responsibly, following company-established procedures for such cases. Be responsible for customer attention and welcoming, assigning tables according to customer preferences. Operate internal systems once fully trained. Assist the team and receive assistance for assigned tasks. Working Hours: Full-time 11:00 a.m.\- 8:30 p.m. 12:00 p.m. \- 10:30 p.m. 1:30 p.m. \- 12:00 a.m. Part-time 12:00 p.m. \- 4:30 p.m. 7:30 p.m. \- 12:00 a.m. Work Days: Monday through Sunday, with one day off per week.
