




Position Summary: We are seeking a lawyer specialized in Administrative Law and Public Procurement to provide advisory services on contractual and regulatory matters. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in legal advisory for contract selection and execution processes. 2. Proficiency with platforms such as SEACE and in-depth knowledge of the Public Procurement Law. 3. Results-oriented approach, proactivity, and strategic leadership. **LAWYER** with expertise in Administrative Law and Public Procurement. **Knowledge** of human resources management, ability to advise on selection, execution, and settlement of construction contracts, and experience in drafting documents (reports, employment contracts, resolutions, Terms of Reference). **Experience in managing public tender processes, drafting contracts, and applying regulatory frameworks within SEACE, OSCE, and the Public Procurement Law.** ü Minimum two years of experience since obtaining Bachelor's degree and/or professional title in: o Providing legal support to Human Resources on labor, administrative, and contractual matters. o Assisting in drafting Terms of Reference (TORs), Technical Specifications, and conducting selection processes. o Advising on execution of public contracts, contract settlement, application of penalties, and resolution of contractual disputes (construction, consultancy, services). o Preparing technical reports, draft resolutions, letters, official memos, and case files. o Reviewing, proposing, and ensuring compliance with internal regulations and applicable laws. ü Direct experience in execution and/or supervision of public construction contracts will be highly valued. **KNOWLEDGE** ü **In-depth** knowledge of the Public Procurement Law and its implementing regulations. ü Proficiency with platforms such as SEACE (Electronic Public Procurement System). ü Knowledge of Administrative and Corporate Law. ü Training in Public Procurement and Labor Legislation (public/private sectors). ü Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. **SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES** ü Analytical capability to resolve complex situations. ü Results-focused and committed to continuous process improvement. ü Inter-institutional coordination and support to other units. ü Proactivity, creativity, entrepreneurship, and strategic leadership. **BENEFITS** ü Market-competitive salary ü Formal employment with all statutory benefits ü Private health insurance (EPS) ü Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Employment type: Full-time Experience: * three: 2 years (Preferred) Work location: On-site employment
