OUR COMPANY IS SEEKING AN ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT: \- Minimum 02 years of experience. \- Solid knowledge required. \- Excellent organizational skills. \- Record and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are properly recorded. \- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices. \- Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations. \- Assist in preparing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements in accordance with the company's legal and financial guidelines. \- Assist with expense reviews, payroll records, etc., as assigned. \- Update financial data in databases to ensure accuracy and immediate availability when needed. \- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports. \- Assist with other accounting tasks. \- Proficiency in accounting software such as CONCAR and others. \- Intermediate-level Office software skills.
