




We are looking for an HR Assistant! **Main Responsibilities:** Manage employee records and keep them up to date. Handle SUNAFIL labor inspections and manage procedures through the electronic mailbox. Register and manage affiliations with MINTRA and VIVA ESSALUD. Coordinate renewal of insurance policies (SCTR, Life Law) with brokers. Calculate payroll, bonuses, CTS, and other benefits. Perform calculation and control of overtime hours, vacations, and medical leaves. Supervise employment contracts and service provider agreements. Prepare timekeeping reports based on attendance records. File AFP declarations and submit PDT 601 PLAME. Support initiatives to improve workplace climate. Participate in employee development and training programs. Collaborate in performance management and goal tracking. Provide support to employees regarding labor-related inquiries and well-being. **Requirements:** Technical or university degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering. Knowledge of current labor legislation. Experience in payroll calculation and insurance management. Familiarity with related platforms (MINTRA, VIVA ESSALUD).
