You will also provide technical, commercial, and documentation support to ensure each transaction proceeds orderly, clearly, and in compliance. **How You’ll Make an Impact** * Identify, structure, and close new opportunities to grow the portfolio and strengthen business profitability. * Monitor the current portfolio to support renewals and contribute to sustainable growth. * Build trusted relationships with clients, decision-makers, underwriters, and reinsurers. * Accompany clients throughout the duration of their contracts, providing timely attention and technical\-commercial support when needed. * Collaborate with internal teams such as Reinsurance Operations, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Marketing, and Placement (Retail) to advance smoothly at every stage. * Support adherence to Gallagher’s internal processes, policies, and guidelines to ensure robust and consistent management. * Contribute to the team’s commercial budget through tracking, opportunity generation, and support in closing deals. **About You** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent completed. * 1 year of experience in the insurance industry, regardless of functional area. * Insurance specialization is desirable. * Advanced English proficiency
