That’s living the Gallagher Way. **Description** Provide operational support to the department in organizing, cleansing, and analyzing the customer portfolio, as well as in generating control reports, tracking tasks, and managing renewal-related activities. This role requires the ability to manage information accurately and orderly, and to actively contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes. **How You’ll Make an Impact** * Organize, update, and maintain customer portfolio data, ensuring order, consistency, and accuracy of information. * Prepare operational and tracking reports—including progress updates, pending items, and relevant alerts—for departmental management. * Monitor and control internal activities (tasks, renewals, commitments, deliverables), maintaining visibility into deadlines and responsible parties. * Support renewal tracking by updating statuses, verifying information, and alerting deviations. * Monitor data derived from customer satisfaction surveys and client visits, supporting activation of appropriate actions when required. * Participate in coordination and follow-up meetings, assisting in report preparation, agreement documentation, and control points. * Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize data organization and analysis. * Coordinate and maintain communication with internal departments to ensure accurate updating, validation, and traceability of information. **About You** * Academic Profile: University student from the 8th semester onward in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * English: Intermediate \- Advanced * Proficiency in project tracking tools (Excel, Power BI): Advanced. * Knowledge of information analysis, presentation, and management, as well as tracking of management indicators. Desired experience in preparing operational reports and controls, and using collaborative digital tools such as SharePoint and Microsoft Teams. * Competencies: Task management and follow-up, active listening and effective communication, accountability, and willingness to propose innovative ideas in information validation and standardization processes.
