Job Summary: We are seeking a Fuel Dispatcher/Entry Control Operator to supervise and assist in fuel dispatch to tankers at our refinery. Key Highlights: 1. Authorization and control of tanker entry/exit. 2. Advisory and guidance to drivers at dispatch islands. 3. Verification of products and dispatch documentation. We are looking for a Fuel Dispatcher/Entry Control Operator for our refinery located in the Ventanilla area, Callao - Peru Job Details: Location: Ventanilla, Callao - Peru Schedule: 12 hours per day - 48 hours per week - from 7 AM to 7 PM Transportation is provided from strategic points to the plant. Responsibilities: Authorization of tanker entry into the plant. Reception of customers at the Control Post and issuance of loading authorizations. Control of tanker keys and advisory support to drivers at dispatch islands. Verification of product levels in tanker compartments and control of appropriate coloration. Sealing of tankers and authorization for departure. Delivery of dispatch orders to drivers. Guidance and resolution of driver inquiries regarding service flow. Provision of guidelines to drivers performing their first load at the plant. Retention of driver licenses or national ID cards (DNI) and issuance of Internal Identification Cards. Indication of tanker parking locations within the parking zone. Delivery of thematic briefings, brochures, and recommendations to drivers. Other activities related to driver guidance and assistance (subject to prior approval by RELAPASA). . Control of tanker truck entries and exits for fuel filling and dispatch Direct interaction with customers for route guidance Verification, breaking, and replacement of tanker seals for dispatch execution Issuance and control of documents for tanker entry and exit Requirements: 1 year of experience in similar positions Experience in dispatch control of tanker trucks in Petroleum, Oil & Gas, Fishing - Hydrobiological sectors (Fish Oil, fats, etc.) Experience in refineries or fuel stations Residence in areas adjacent to the project: Ventanilla, Gambetta, Mi Perú, Callao, Puente Piedra, Ancón, etc. Conditions: 12-month contract Uniforms, PPEs, insurance, equipment, and other statutory benefits will be provided. -Requirements- Minimum education: Secondary Education 1 year of experience Keywords: operator, operario, operator
