Job Summary: A leading industrial company is seeking Distribution Operators to carry out production activities, inspect product quality, and maintain workplace order. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform production line activities as instructed by the supervisor. 2. Inspect product quality during the production process. 3. Assist with packaging, labeling, and dispatching of products. JOB PROFILE – Distribution Operator A leading industrial company is currently seeking Distribution Operators for the district of Puente Piedra. REQUIREMENTS: Completion of secondary education. Prior experience in operational roles is preferred but not mandatory. Availability to work in Puente Piedra. Availability to work rotating shifts. RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform production line activities as instructed by the supervisor. Inspect product quality during the production process. Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. Comply with safety regulations and proper use of PPE. Report incidents, equipment malfunctions, or non-conforming products. Assist with packaging, labeling, and dispatching of products. Meet established production targets. Other duties inherent to the position. WE OFFER: Compensation of S/ 1,130. Overtime pay at 50% premium. Night shift bonus. Transportation allowance.
