Professional growth opportunities We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Facilities Assistant responsible for coordinating and supervising operational activities, ensuring service delivery compliance and customer satisfaction. Main Responsibilities: Develop and monitor the work plan. Validate attendance of technical staff. Issue daily reports as required by the immediate supervisor. Timely communicate requirements for materials, safety equipment, and machinery. Prepare and manage service quotations. Handle customer calls and follow up on their requests. Supervise and monitor service scheduling. Control and prepare the work schedule for operational staff. Prepare monthly service reports for both customers and variable tasks. Carry out other functions assigned within the scope of competence. Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements: Technical or university degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Prior experience in similar positions. Knowledge of general services (mandatory).
