Job Summary: We are seeking a Foreign Language Teacher (French) to develop, implement, and review curriculum planning while fostering an inclusive learning environment. Key Highlights: 1. Our client, a well-known educational institution, is looking for the following profile: Foreign Language Teacher (French) **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Education. * C2-level certification in the foreign language to be taught. * French Teacher Diploma Program certification is desirable. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a foreign language teacher. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and visual presentations). * Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence tools applied to education. * Advanced proficiency in French. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop, implement, and review subject-area curriculum planning, ensuring alignment with the institution’s educational framework and established guidelines. * Manage grade records, performance reports, and periodic updates to the virtual platform corresponding to assigned courses. * Promote a learning environment grounded in respect, inclusion, positive coexistence, and the well-being of all students. * Maintain clear and timely communication with families regarding academic progress and other relevant aspects of the educational process. * Collaborate in organizing and implementing institutional activities, academic projects, and complementary programs assigned to the teacher. * Design learning activities and situations that foster communicative competence development and practical language use across diverse contexts. * Adapt curriculum planning and pedagogical strategies to address students’ varied needs, learning paces, and learning styles. * Continuously monitor students’ academic progress and provide feedback that supports their ongoing improvement. * Guide and prepare students for international certification assessments aligned with the taught level and language. * Collaborate closely with the teaching team and other institutional departments to strengthen student learning and holistic development. **WORK LOCATION:** 100% in-person in Surco **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (one day per week extended until 5:00 p.m.) **BENEFITS:** * Statutory benefits. * Benefits program with partner providers. * Pleasant work environment.
