Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Assistant eager to learn and expand knowledge in recruitment, personnel administration, and workplace well-being. Key Highlights: 1. Ongoing training and professional development We are REYES, and we are looking for an HR ASSISTANT who is eager to learn and broaden their knowledge and experience in the field of Human Resources. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Support in executing recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. **Basic knowledge of Labor Legislation** * Administration and updating of personnel files and information. * Support in attendance control, recording and tracking of absences, tardiness, medical leaves, vacations, and justifications. * Participation in employee well-being and workplace climate activities. * Administrative support, internal communications, and assistance with departmental projects.
