HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
**Brickell S.A.C.**, a company dedicated to managing and operating food service operations, is seeking a **Human Resources Administration Assistant** to join our Human Resources team.
We seek an organized, responsible, proactive individual with strong attention to detail who can support document management and personnel administration across our various operations.
REQUIREMENTS
* Technical diploma, recent graduate, or final-year student in **Administration, Human Resources, Accounting**, or related fields.
* Minimum **1 year of experience in Personnel Administration or Human Resources**.
* Intermediate-level proficiency in **Microsoft Excel**.
* Experience in labor documentation management and control.
* Familiarity with **Peruvian labor legislation and payroll processes** is desirable.
* Experience in companies with operational staff or high staff turnover is desirable.
* Availability to work **on-site in San Miguel**.
* Immediate availability to start.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Maintain up-to-date **physical and digital employee files**.
* Collect and verify documentation required for onboarding: national ID (DNI), certificates, background checks, confirmations, SCTR, health permits, and other required documents.
* Support preparation and control of employment contracts, renewals, and other labor-related documents.
* Monitor expiration dates of contracts and employee documentation.
* Support **employee onboarding, offboarding, and profile updates** in relevant systems.
* Support distribution and collection of **uniforms, PPE, photo IDs**, and other equipment.
* Support **employee orientation and onboarding documentation** processes.
* Maintain orderly and updated personnel information across all operations.
* Assist with procedures related to **subsidies and employees on medical leave**.
* Comply with internal Human Resources policies, procedures, and directives.
* Provide support for various administrative activities within the Human Resources department.

WE OFFER

WORK SCHEDULE AND MODALITY
**Modality:** On-site
**Work Location:** San Miguel, Lima
**Schedule:**
* Monday to Friday: **8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.**
* Saturday: **9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.**
