Position Summary:
This role manages and reviews documentary files of candidates applying for labor migration to Spain, ensuring regulatory compliance and providing guidance.

Main Responsibilities
* Manage and review documentary files of candidates migrating to Spain.
* Verify compliance with requirements stipulated by Spanish immigration regulations.
* Request, validate, and track required documentation (passport, criminal records, certificates, academic degrees, etc.).
* Coordinate with candidates and clients regarding submission and updating of documents.
* Monitor the status of files until permits and visas are obtained.
* Maintain updated digital databases and files.
* Provide guidance to candidates on documentary procedures and immigration requirements.
* Coordinate with internal and external entities to ensure adherence to established deadlines.
* Prepare progress reports and indicators for files.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Law, Business Administration, International Relations, Human Resources, or related fields.
* Minimum 1 year of experience managing administrative documentation or documentary processes.
* Prior experience in immigration procedures, foreign affairs, international mobility, or visas is desirable.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel).
* Excellent writing and documentary organization skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
* Communication and customer service skills.
