Job Summary: We are seeking a student or recent graduate to support the implementation of human resource management software and learn about HR department processes. Key Highlights: 1. We offer diverse spaces and services focused on sports, recreation, arts, and member integration, delivered through sports facilities and environments for social and cultural activities, supported by service quality–oriented and continuously improving management. **What Do We Expect From You?** * University student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Interest in participating in a human resource management software implementation project and learning about HR department processes. * Basic or intermediate proficiency in MS Excel. * Organizational skills, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team. **What Will You Learn and How Will You Support the Team?** * You will participate in the implementation of human resource management software, gaining insight into personnel administration, compensation processes, and HR-specific operational dynamics, with ongoing guidance from the team. * You will assist in executing basic system testing, following team guidelines and supporting the documentation of results and observations identified during the process. * You will support the preparation of meeting minutes, updating tracking controls, and organizing project-related documentation and information. * You will also support other project-related activities and additional operational needs of the department. **What Do We Offer?** * Opportunity to participate in a human resource management software implementation project with exposure to real-world HR processes. * Practical experience and continuous learning in personnel administration, compensation, and HR support. * Flexibility to balance your studies with internship activities. * Market-aligned financial stipend. * Formal internship agreement and benefits as stipulated by law.
