




Job Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Management Assistant to execute administrative and operational HR processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and providing support in recruitment and workplace climate. Through **Expande Talento**, on behalf of our client — a leading company — we are currently searching for a **Human Resources Management Assistant** to join their team. The purpose of this position is to execute administrative and operational Human Resources processes, ensuring compliance with current labor regulations and providing support in recruitment and workplace climate activities as required. **Main Responsibilities:** * Collect, validate, and manage data required for payroll preparation (attendance, incidents, overtime, leave requests, medical leaves, among others). * Prepare and review payroll records, verifying statutory deductions and contributions. * Coordinate with Accounting to address inquiries related to payments. * Draft employment contracts, amendments, and renewals; monitor expiration dates. * Maintain up-to-date physical and digital personnel files. * Manage labor declarations and procedures: AFP, SUNAT, T\-Registro, Vida Ley, SCTR, and documentation required by SUNAFIL. * Provide administrative support in recruitment processes and workplace climate initiatives. * Prepare HR reports and performance indicators. * Respond to employee and managerial inquiries regarding labor and administrative matters. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing, contract management, and labor procedure administration. * Knowledge of current labor legislation. * Experience in payroll preparation and calculation. * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel. * Availability to work on-site. **Competencies:** * Organization and attention to detail. * Time management and adherence to deadlines. * Confidentiality in handling information. * Effective communication. * Teamwork.
