




We are currently looking for 01 Human Resources personnel with experience in employee recruitment and profile assessments. Requirements: \- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Accounting, Administration, etc. \- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the position or related fields. \- Proficient in Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Job Description: \- Keep job postings updated on employment platforms. \- Follow up on employee documentation. \- Assist in managing employment and residential verifications for new hires. \- Support in preparing company induction and training materials. \- Assist in personnel selection tasks. \- Review applicant documentation. \- Monitor subsidies and medical leaves. \- Handle internal complaints (payments, receipts, etc.). \- Conduct personnel selection and interviews. \- Payroll calculation. \- Renewal and inclusion of SCTR. \- Experience in administering psychometric tests. \- Prepare employee evaluations. \- Perform other duties assigned by management that are inherent to the role.
