




Job Summary: We are seeking an Inventory Supervisor to plan, execute, and supervise inventory activities, analyze discrepancies, and communicate results to management. Key Highlights: 1. On behalf of one of our group companies, we are currently seeking an Inventory Supervisor. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum technical or incomplete/complete university degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields. Intermediate-level Office skills. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar inventory-related positions. Basic knowledge of stock management, warehousing, and product rotation. FUNCTIONS: Execute and supervise inventories (stock and/or fixed assets) in assigned warehouses. Conduct technical visits prior to inventory to assess process feasibility (e.g., organization, labeling, location mapping, etc.). Plan, coordinate, direct, and supervise tasks performed by personnel under supervision before and after the inventory process. Accurately complete and submit all forms constituting the inventory file (data sheet, minutes, supporting documents, attendance records, safety briefing, etc.). Reconcile, report, and analyze possible causes of discrepancies. Communicate analysis and identified incidents (before and after the inventory process) to supervisors and management via initiation, progress, and closure emails containing relevant information (occurrences, observations, recommendations, and process outcomes). Present and deliver inventory results to the client or responsible party to clarify doubts regarding outcomes and provide recommendations on the inventory process. Settle daily expenses with administrative staff in charge of the area.
