Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Planner to manage, organize, and schedule workloads across Hospital Complexes, ensuring timely completion of maintenance tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Propose, design, and monitor maintenance KPIs At **ROLOPOM PERU S.A.C.**, we are looking for a **Maintenance Planner** for our Hospital Complexes, reporting to the Maintenance Sub-Management. **Position Objective:** Manage, organize, and schedule workload according to priority, ensuring timely execution of both planned and unplanned maintenance tasks. The role requires identifying and managing necessary human, material, machinery, and service resources; assigning current operational procedures; analyzing databases to identify deviations in performance indicators; and detecting opportunities for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan preventive and scheduled corrective maintenance tasks on long-, medium-, and short-term bases. * Lead the development of the annual preventive maintenance plan. * Define resources (personnel, time, spare parts, tools) for each task. * Measure and calculate asset reliability through data analysis (sensor-based or predictive). * Manage work orders (from opening to closure), backlog, and logistics of spare parts and materials. * Propose, design, calculate, and monitor maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, OEE, etc.). * Participate in coordination meetings with Operations, HR, Logistics, Assets, Accounting, and Finance departments. * Train staff on asset management, reliability, continuous improvement, and quality. **Required Profile:** * University degree in Electronic, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (or certified Technical Higher Education graduate). * Mandatory specialization in Physical Asset Reliability Management or Maintenance Reliability. * Proficiency in Advanced Excel, SQL, Intermediate Office, and Maintenance ERP or CMMS systems (mandatory).
