Job Summary: Boxer Security is seeking an alarm verifier to monitor signals, control response units, and provide customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Remote monitoring and alarm signal processing. 2. Control and supervision of mobile response units. 3. Customer service and technical support coordination. We operate nationwide, committed to protecting and ensuring the well-being of our clients. We are currently seeking an ALARM VERIFIER. REQUIREMENTS Education: Completed secondary education. Incomplete technical or university studies in Computing, Informatics, Systems, or related fields. Technical training: Technician in Computing and Informatics. Experience: Minimum 2 years in electronic alarm monitoring centers. Knowledge and skills: - Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Basic knowledge of computing and security systems. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Remote monitoring and reception of alarm signals; processing such signals according to established protocols. Response unit control: Monitor and supervise the fleet of vehicles assigned to mobile control units. Customer service: - Telephone center coverage outside regular office hours. - Receiving inquiries and complaints. - Advising customers on basic system functions. - Coordinating technical service visits. - Updating the customer database. - Monitoring subscriber premises openings and closings. - Preparing incident reports. EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS Salary: USD 1,500 monthly Schedule: Rotating 8-hour shifts with one day off per week Contract type: - Service contract for 3 months on a trial basis, paid via honorarium receipt. - After the trial period, transition to payroll with statutory deductions. - Starting from the fourth month, contract extension due to increased responsibilities.
