Job Summary: We are seeking an operator assistant for a metallurgical-mechanical company, providing support in assembly, fitting, dimensional verification, welding joint preparation, and compliance with quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in assembling and fitting metal components. 2. Support in dimensional verification and quality control. 3. Application of procedures in the fabrication of metal structures. A metallurgical-mechanical company operating in the mining sector is seeking qualified personnel to join its workforce and work in **Huachipa**. **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Assist the operator in assembling and fitting metal components according to drawings and technical specifications. * Assist the operator in verifying and ensuring dimensional accuracy of the metal component prior to welding. * Prepare welding joints according to drawing requirements. * Support inspection and control of compliance with quality standards for equipment and materials. * Apply manufacturing and metal structure procedures and specifications. * Report completed layout or assembly tasks performed during work. **Additional Training:** * Reading of metallurgical-mechanical drawings. * Metrology: use of measuring instruments. * Knowledge of boiler-making and metal component assembly. * Experience in oxy-cutting. * Experience in shoring. * **Knowledge of the metallurgical-mechanical industry (mandatory).** **Academic Qualifications:** * Graduates in Metal Construction Mechanics, Production Mechanics, Universal Welding, and/or related courses. * Minimum 1 year of experience in this position. Availability to work in Huachipa; residence in nearby areas is preferred.
