Work focused on analysis and management of operational data We are a company specializing in advertising and marketing, seeking a qualified candidate for the position of *OPERATIONS ANALYST* to support our business operations. We are looking for an analyst. Requirements: Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (MANDATORY). Prior experience in logistics. Basic knowledge of Power BI. · Responsibilities: Prepare and distribute the weekly Implementation Report to the relevant department. Manage campaign entries (new entries, modifications, etc.) according to the order and receipt of emails sent by the sales department. Maintain the store list. Prepare the uninstallation report based on cross-referencing information with field executives. Prepare the inventory report. Prepare the incident report. Input the campaign report. Input the incident report. Generate the implementation update report. Update the photographic report. Update the Power BI reports for installations, inventory, and uninstallations. Prepare the cigarette vending machine registration and maintenance report. Update the Quasar Report (routes, new entries, store updates and modifications). Complete information regarding reasons for non-installation in the management report. Prepare any other reports or details requested by the immediate supervisor. · Benefits: Monday to Friday – 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM / Saturdays – 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM Competitive market-based salary.
