I would like to inform you that we are currently recruiting personnel for the position of STEVEDORE: Compensation: Monthly payment consists of: Base salary: S/ 1680 (S/ 1130 base) * Punctuality bonus: S/ 100.00 * Perfect attendance bonus: S/ 250.00 * Productivity bonus: S/ 200.00 - Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:24 PM, and Saturdays, 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM. However, the company currently requires staff to remain on-site from Monday to Friday until 6:25 PM; these additional hours will be compensated as overtime in accordance with applicable law. We operate under the General Labor Regime and provide full benefits including CTS, BONUS PAYMENTS, and VACATIONS. Payroll registration begins on the first day of employment!!
