We are looking for professionals with experience in payroll management, personnel administration, and compliance with labor obligations. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll, compensation, or personnel administration. * Knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation and social benefits. * Proficiency in AFPnet, T\-Registro, and PLAME. * Experience in processing weekly and monthly payroll registers. * Strong organizational, analytical, and confidential information handling skills. **Main Responsibilities** * Execute payroll processing for operational and administrative staff. * Validate attendance records, overtime hours, tardiness, deductions, and incidents for salary calculations. * Manage calculation of labor benefits, including CTS, bonuses, vacations, and severance payments. * Perform labor registrations and declarations via AFPnet, T\-Registro, and PLAME. * Issue pay slips and respond to inquiries regarding salaries and benefits. * Coordinate payroll information with the accounting department to ensure accurate data reconciliation. * Prepare personnel administration reports and indicators. * Maintain up-to-date labor documentation for employees. **Benefits** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Market-competitive remuneration. * Opportunity for professional growth and learning. * 50% subsidized meals.
