




Job Summary: Printing Quality Analyst to ensure production process quality by supervising printing, ink mixing, and finishing, guaranteeing compliance with customer standards and specifications. Detect deviations and implement corrective actions RRHH Cambridge is currently seeking a Printing Quality Analyst. JOB OBJECTIVE Ensure the quality of the printing production process by supervising proper printing, ink mixing, and finishing, guaranteeing that final products meet established standards and customer specifications. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 1\. Supervise print quality on machines (color, registration, definition, uniformity). 2\. Validate correct ink mixing and application according to standards and approved samples. 3\. Conduct quality checks during the production process (pre-, during, and post-printing). 4\. Verify finishing quality (cutting, laminating, binding, die-cutting, etc.). 5\. Detect deviations or defects in the process and implement immediate corrective actions. 6\. Coordinate with the production team for real-time technical adjustments. 7\. Approve or reject products based on compliance with quality standards. 8\. Maintain basic records of quality incidents and report findings. 9\. Collaborate closely with the Finishing Assistant (who manages documentation, certifications, and records). SUPPORT RESPONSIBILITIES (IN COORDINATION) Provide technical information for quality records and audits. Support continuous improvement of production processes. Participate in color testing and validation of new jobs. JOB REQUIREMENTS Education: Technical or university degree in Graphic Arts, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 2 years in printing companies or graphic industries. Experience in quality control for printing processes. Technical knowledge: * Printing processes (offset, digital, etc.). * Ink handling and control. * Color control (experience with densitometer or spectrophotometer preferred). * Graphic finishing processes. * Basic quality standards in graphic arts. JOB CONDITIONS * Operational work on the production floor. * Constant on-floor supervision. * Direct coordination with press operators and finishing department. * Salary: PEN 2500 with all statutory benefits Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,500.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
