Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to analyze and design processes, standardize improvements, and prepare technology requirement reports for a retail and textile corporation. Requirements: Minimum qualification: Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles involving processes, Organization and Methods. Advanced intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Bizagi Modeler, CRM, SAP. Technological knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc. Responsibilities: Analyze and design problems by listening to the customer's voice, mapping the process journey, and analyzing operational and commercial data. Update documentation resulting from process redesigns or new process designs, as needed. Standardize improvements through the development of policies, procedures, guidelines, and flowcharts. Prepare specification reports for improvement requirements focused on technological developments or procedural enhancements. Conduct productivity analysis for positions across various organizational departments and balance workloads as necessary. Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis at the levels of diagnosis, design, pilots, and implementation of solutions for proposed projects. Support the creation, updating, and maintenance of the corporate inventory of current and repealed regulations. Any other duties consistent with this position.
