Position Summary: We are seeking a Professional HR Intern to support insurance management, staff activities, and document tracking. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in the social welfare area. **Requisition Number:** 23587BR **Description:** Stantec is seeking to hire a PROFESSIONAL HR INTERN for its offices in Peru, a professional with at least six months of experience in this position. Key responsibilities include: * Support in the management and monitoring of occupational risk insurance (SCTR, EPS, Oncological, and FOLA). * Support in staff activities according to the annual plan. * Support in preparing reimbursement files for Essalud subsidies. * Support in tracking document submission. * Support in issuing and tracking service and product requisitions. * Support in other functions within the social welfare area. **Qualifications:** Requirements for this position are: * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Advanced Excel (subject to prior assessment). * Six months of experience in HR (preferred). * Basic Power BI skills. **About Stantec:** Stantec’s community comprises approximately 31,000 employees working across more than 450 locations on six continents.
