Position Summary: We are seeking a Real Estate Development Coordinator with experience in multifamily projects, responsible for leading project execution and management, as well as construction supervision and administration of municipal procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the execution and management of real estate projects. 2. Supervise and coordinate contractors, suppliers, and property management companies. 3. Manage municipal procedures, permits, and urban planning negotiations. A real estate company is seeking a Real Estate Development Coordinator with experience in the development and management of multifamily projects, results-oriented, and possessing solid technical, financial, and municipal knowledge. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. Postgraduate diploma in Project Management or a related Master's degree is desirable. Specialization in project management, scope control, or real estate finance. Minimum of 3 verifiable multifamily projects. Experience in project management and construction supervision. Knowledge of construction processes and contractor coordination. Familiarity with municipal procedures, permits, and urban planning parameters. Knowledge of cost analysis, budgeting, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and construction finance. Knowledge of architectural capacity and real estate project evaluation. Negotiation and leadership skills. Main Responsibilities Lead the execution and management of real estate projects. Supervise and coordinate contractors, suppliers, and property management companies. Manage municipal procedures, permits, and urban planning negotiations. Control project costs, budgets, and profitability. Review BOQs, valuations, and technical documentation.
