Full employment registration from the first day of work. · Requirements Incomplete or ongoing technical and/or university studies (Administration, Marketing, or related fields). Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Sales Supervisor, preferably in home appliances or technological products. Experience in leadership and commercial team management. Knowledge of performance indicator tracking and report preparation. Intermediate-level Office proficiency (Excel mandatory). Willingness to conduct fieldwork. Willingness to travel throughout Lima. Leadership, communication, and results-oriented skills. · Responsibilities Supervise and manage the assigned sales team at points of sale. Ensure achievement of commercial targets and indicators. Monitor attendance, performance, personal presentation, and product knowledge of the team. Verify compliance with customer service standards and proper product display. Maintain constant communication with store customers and supervisors. Prepare management and incident reports. Propose and implement corrective actions to improve commercial results. · Schedule Rotating shifts: Monday to Thursday: 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Friday to Sunday: 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Rotating days off. · Immediate availability Apply now and join our commercial team.
