Responsibilities: Provide in-branch customer service by efficiently and securely addressing inquiries and processing transactions. Handle and control cash, ensuring accurate transaction recording and daily cash reconciliation. Promote financial products to help achieve sales targets. Requirements: Prior experience in cashiering and/or sales within financial institutions, retail, or mass-consumption sectors. Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of counterfeit currency detection (banknotes and coins). Familiarity with sales techniques and customer service practices.
