Job Summary: The Site Architect ensures the proper execution of architectural and finishing works, verifying compliance with drawings, quality standards, and the project schedule. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the execution of architectural and finishing works. 2. Coordinate with the construction company, contractors, and specialists. 3. Quality control and management of site observations. Our client, a leading company in the real estate and construction sector, is seeking to hire a professional with the following profile: **JOB OBJECTIVE** The Site Architect’s objective is to ensure the correct execution of architectural and finishing works for the project, verifying that such works are carried out in accordance with current drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, construction schedule, and company-established guidelines. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree or licensed Architect. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in architectural supervision, finishing works, or construction execution for residential buildings (multi-family housing, homes, offices, or similar real estate projects). * Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and specialty drawings, including current, superseded, and as-built drawings. * Knowledge of construction processes, technical specifications, quality control, coordination among specialties, and management of site observations. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, Excel**, and other project management tools (e.g., Bluebeam, BIM Viewer, or similar). * Experience coordinating with the construction company, contractors, and specialists, including schedule tracking, document control, and preparation of technical reports. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise the execution of architectural and finishing works, ensuring compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards. * Coordinate with the construction company, contractors, and specialty disciplines to prevent and resolve interferences during construction. * Verify construction progress and schedule compliance, monitoring daily programming. * Control the quality of materials, finishes, and construction procedures, promptly managing observations. * Administer and maintain up-to-date drawings, change orders, technical documentation, and site reports. * Participate in project closeout through review of as-built drawings and documentation required for final handover. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays, 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM. **Work Modality:** 100% on-site at the construction site \- Miraflores **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration – Statutory benefits Send CV: cv(arroba)selekto\-rrhh.com with subject line **Site Architect** Salary: S/.1\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
