Job Summary: We are seeking a Site Architect to ensure the proper execution of architectural and finishing works in accordance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the proper execution of architectural and finishing works. 2. Supervise compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards. 3. Coordinate and resolve on-site interferences with the contractor and specialists. Our client, a leading company in the real estate and construction sector, is looking to hire a professional with the following profile: **JOB OBJECTIVE** The Site Architect is responsible for ensuring the proper execution of architectural and finishing works for the project, verifying that such works are carried out in accordance with current drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, construction schedule, and company-established guidelines. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree or licensed Architect. * Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural supervision, finishing works, or construction execution for residential, office, or similar real estate projects (e.g., multifamily buildings, housing). * Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and specialty drawings, including current, superseded, and as-built drawings. * Knowledge of construction processes, technical specifications, quality control, coordination among specialties, and management of site observations. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, Excel**, and other project management tools (e.g., Bluebeam, BIM Viewer, or similar). * Experience coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and specialists, including schedule monitoring, document control, and preparation of technical reports. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise the execution of architectural and finishing works, ensuring compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards. * Coordinate with the contractor, subcontractors, and specialties to prevent and resolve interferences during construction. * Verify construction progress and schedule adherence, monitoring daily programming. * Control material, finishing, and construction procedure quality, managing observations promptly. * Administer and maintain up-to-date drawings, changes, technical documentation, and site reports. * Participate in project closeout through review of as-built drawings and final delivery documentation. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays, 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM. **Work Modality:** 100% on-site at the construction site \- Miraflores **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration – Statutory benefits Send CV: cv(arroba)selekto\-rrhh.com with subject line **Site Architect** Salary: S/.1\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
