Job Summary: ASC Group seeks talent for an SSOMA Assistant position in the Hydrocarbons sector, overseeing safety, health, and regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. ASC Group is seeking top talent for a leading hydrocarbons company to fill the following positions: REQUIREMENTS Licensed and certified professional in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Safety, Metallurgy, Mining, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience as an SSOMA Assistant in the Hydrocarbons sector (preferred). Valid Class A1 driver's license held for at least two years (mandatory). Experience in implementing Occupational Safety and Health Systems. Training and courses in Hazmat I & II, Hazmat kit usage, and fire extinguisher operation. Knowledge of Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001) and Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (mandatory). Residence in Trujillo, Cajamarca, and/or Huamachuco preferred. FUNCTIONS Supervise compliance with RISST, SGSST, and safety regulations (including documentation, training, inspections, and PPE usage). Ensure personnel safety and health by identifying hazards and investigating incidents/accidents. Maintain order, cleanliness, and operational conditions in areas, equipment, and units (CRC and pickup truck). Supervise personnel and disseminate events, ensuring timely communication. Verify equipment, documentation, and operational conditions (personnel, units, and work area). Manage inductions, maintain personnel document control, and submit reports to supervisors. · BENEFITS: Salary: PEN 2,000 + PEN 100 bonus Formal payroll with all statutory benefits from the first day of employment Work schedule: Atypical regime (14 days on / 7 days off) Job stability.
