Job Summary: This role is responsible for developing and implementing training plans for heavy equipment operators, keeping information up to date, coordinating logistics, and managing the progress of training sessions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop training plans for heavy equipment operators. 2. Update knowledge on equipment operation and correct improper practices. 3. Coordinate logistics and conduct training sessions for customers. **Purpose of the Position:** * Develop the training plan for customers' heavy equipment operators. **Specific Responsibilities:** * Maintain updated information from heavy equipment operation manuals, which will enable dissemination of new knowledge regarding equipment operation. * Receive accident reports caused by improper operation to correct or reinforce knowledge on safe heavy equipment operation. * Support Human Resources with any other related needs arising from the functions performed. * Coordinate with customers the necessary logistics to conduct training sessions. * Conduct training sessions for new equipment deliveries, materials to be delivered to operators, and any other related requirements. * Administer and update records of completed training sessions, track training progress, and submit monthly progress reports to customers. Coordinate with customers the necessary logistics to conduct training sessions. **Specific Position Requirements:** * Completed technical studies in heavy machinery operation. * Minimum 5 years of experience operating haulage equipment in underground mining environments. * Intermediate level English proficiency. * Driver's license AIIB
