Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage supply chain logistics, optimize processes, oversee operations, and lead the team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages corporate-level logistics and material supply chain. 2. Optimizes processes, reduces delivery times and logistics costs. 3. Leads the team, fosters teamwork, and improves interpersonal relationships. On behalf of a highly important industrial-chemical sector client, we are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator for Chancay to perform the following functions: Manage the transportation, storage, and distribution logistics of materials across the corporate supply chain. Optimize logistics processes related to transportation, ensuring reduced delivery times and logistics costs. Manage inbound and outbound goods operations. Select and subsequently supervise handling procedures for goods upon receipt and dispatch. Develop and optimize warehousing, order receipt, and dispatch processes, collaborating with Operations Management to ensure quality control at each process stage. Control vehicle traffic carrying products to ensure cost-effectiveness, optimal cost management, and compliance with safety standards. Verify fulfillment of purchase orders, ensuring planned procedures are executed on time, with required quality and safety. Develop and analyze warehouse-logistics performance indicators and service level agreements with internal and external customers (ERI, OTIF, Logistics Cost, Transportation Cost). Maintain warehouse facility order to prevent errors and expedite goods receipt and order preparation. Determine required resources—both material and human—while maintaining optimal cost efficiency. Foster teamwork and interpersonal relationships within the team. Other duties as assigned by senior management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. 6 years of experience in supplier management, improvement project execution, and data analysis. Class A1 driver’s license (mandatory). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (mandatory). Intermediate English proficiency (mandatory). Intermediate Power BI proficiency (mandatory). Specialization in logistics and warehousing. Knowledge of 5S and KPI management tools. Knowledge of international trade and agro-industrial exports. Benefits: Market-competitive salary.
