Web Content and Data Assistant

Position Summary: We are seeking a Marketing/Communications professional to manage web content, digital marketing, streams, and support the Customer Service team. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibilities: 1. General management and maintenance of the website. 2. Updating SKUs, prices, banners, and informational content. 3. Creation and administration of categories, publishers, and promotional pages. 4. Review and cleansing of product and customer databases. 5. Daily configuration of the exchange rate. 6. Product creation and updating (Quickbooks). 7. Support for the Customer Service team by providing information and validating customer data. 8. Creation and sending of email campaigns via Zoho Campaigns. 9. Design of email and website graphics for multiple countries (Miami, Chile, Peru, Colombia). 10. Production of secondary assets for other markets as needed (e.g., Costa Rica). 11. Operation and maintenance of streams on Twitch and social media (TikTok, Instagram). 12. Conducting Pokémon streams and unboxings, including video recording and uploading. 13. Contributing insights on new product lines in collaboration with the procurement team. Requirements: 1. Graduate in Marketing and/or Communications. 2. 6 months to 1 year of experience in similar roles (web content, digital marketing, data entry, or basic data analysis). 3. Intermediate Excel proficiency. 4. Basic knowledge of data analysis. 5. Basic SEO knowledge (not mandatory). 6. Basic SAP knowledge. 7. Familiarity with platforms (Canva, Basic Photoshop, TikTok, etc.).
