We are looking for an organized and proactive **Part-Time Administrative Secretary** to support our company's operational management. This position requires dedication and is ideal for individuals seeking to balance work with studies or other activities. You will serve as the first point of contact for our customers and provide key support to our advisory and thesis-writing team. * Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and social media during assigned shifts. * Coordinate and confirm advisory sessions between customers and specialists. * Prepare and archive administrative documents, contracts, and progress reports. * Track pending payments and issue quotations to new customers. * Update the customer database and the status of ongoing projects. * Perform general administrative tasks as required by management. * Issuance of receipts and invoices for user payment processing. * Creation of dashboards and attendance management. * **Required Profile** * Technician or student in the final cycles of Administration, Secretarial Studies, Communications, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or administrative functions (experience in educational services is preferred). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Word, Excel, Drive, Gmail). * Strong writing skills, proper spelling, and empathetic communication with customers. * Organized, responsible individual capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. * Availability to consistently and punctually fulfill the part-time schedule. Salary: Starting from S/.600\.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid in San Martín de Porres, Lima
